Critters in the Woods - Videos

Carting with Clover
A few Saturdays ago, we held a Pony Play Day at Fencewood Stables. One of the Houston human ponies, Clover, enjoys carting so we decided to go for a nice ride through the neighborhood.
Here's a short video of our excursion. We (the drivers) make a brief appearance towards the end. We hope you enjoy this look into human pony play. We definitely have a great time!

Carting Ponies
One aspect of Pony Play is carting. The human pony is hitched to a cart; the driver is seated and gives commands by using the reins. Here are a few examples of human pony carting.

Arabian Nights VI performance
Over Labor Day weekend, members of Fencewood Stables performed during the Sultan's Feast at Arabian Nights VI. Held at Liberty Manor, an alternative-lifestyle campsite, Arabian Nights VI was a weekend full of great costumes, wonderful kinksters, intense play scenes and outdoor camping fun.
On Saturday night, guests sat down to enjoy the Sultan's Feast, a delicious meal prepared by Asian Cajun and served by beautiful harem girls. Little did they know that the hosts of Arabian Nights, The Houston House, had made arrangements for a special kind of dinner entertainment.
We are very pleased and excited to present to you our performance. Participants in order of appearance: Stormy, Joey, Stablemaster Buddy, Mocha, Holds His Heart, Bijou, Skittles and WolfKitty.

Hunter/Jumper Event
Fencewood Stables attended a Hunter/Jumper event at the Greater Southwest Equestrian Center. It was such a treat to watch the beautiful horses and highly trained riders navigate the twists and turns of the competition.
We took pictures of the jumps so we'll have ideas when we're ready to make our own. They are adjustable, so that's good to know. Here are some from the event:
In addition to the jumps, we also got to watch an Equitation event. That was also fascinating, since all the competitors entered the arena and competed at the same time. Maybe we can have an event like this soon!
We had a great time and definitely left with a better understanding of Hunter/Jumper competitions.

Beautiful Arabian Horses
The Houston House is holding their annual Arabian Nights party at the end of this month. We're very pleased to announce that Fencewood Stables will be doing a special performance at the Sultan's Feast on Saturday night before the play party.
Four beautiful pony girls will be performing a variety of tricks and coordinated gaits for the viewing pleasure of a small, intimate group of people. It's going to be a blast!
To get ready for the big event, we found these photos of beautiful Arabian horses decked out in their parade finery. We hope these pictures inspire you as much as they do us.
